For evaluation of a transmission line test pcb needed more 50 Ohm terminations.
I tested them with my Tektronix 11801C equipped with the SD-24 TDR sampling head. As well as with the HP 8560A and the R&S ZRB2 directional coupler for a return loss measurment (only up to 2.4GHz)
All measurments were done with the SD-24 sampling head on a Tektronix 11801C.
Eemco T-180M
The only good termination I’ve so far had from a cheap ebay auction (~ 6-7€) was a Emco T-180M.
I couldn’t find any datasheet or information other than another reseller which claims the termination to work up to 18 GHz with a load of up to 0.5W and a VSWR of 1.15.

BKL Electronic 0409055
For at around 6,50€ really cheap termination to buy at Conrad.

To conclude, this termination is at best usable for simpler measurment tasks as for example in combination with some low frequency generators etc…
Mini Circuits ANNE-50X+
After the bad experience with the BKL type (due to the price) I opted out to go to my favourite supplier.

Summary

The terminations from mini-curcuits seem quite well suited for the measurments regarding the transmission line pcb.
In the future there will be a sweep generator up to 18ghz (little bit insane and not verifiable by my equipment).
This one will allow me to measure with the Advantest R3265A up to 8GHz with a – right now not exisiting – reflection bridge up to 8GHz.
